Setting out your cart
Place your cart at your usual pickup location by the time provided when service is approved. Keep the lid closed and allow room around the cart for safe collection. If you're unsure of your pickup day or placement, text us.
Holiday schedules
Holiday service changes are not necessarily the same for every company or route. We confirm changes directly. Please contact us for your route's current holiday schedule.
Extra trash or oversized items
Have extra bags, bulky items or something unusual? Contact us before your pickup so we can confirm whether we can accept it and whether additional charges apply.
Materials needing special disposal
Paint and hazardous materials are not accepted. Appliances and scrap metal are not currently accepted. Ask before placing questionable items at the curb.

Billing and cart delivery
Residential pickup is $75 per quarter for qualifying approved addresses, with no fuel surcharge or environmental fee. A one-time cart delivery fee applies and is disclosed before you start service. New customers starting mid-quarter receive a first invoice prorated by the weeks remaining in the calendar quarter. Regular invoices are $75 per calendar quarter, sent through QuickBooks Online. You can pay using your emailed invoice link or by mailing a check using the instructions on the invoice.
